Efforts of helpful receptionist, good facilities, nice spa with indoor pool, large and cozy villa, great hotel and restaurant staff, good WiFi.

During my stay, I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were also excellent, especially the indoor pool and spa. The hotel staff were friendly and very efficient, making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast spread was excellent with various options to choose from.

Nothing, it is perfect.

During my xmas stay, I really liked the fact that there were some fun activities for children to enjoy. , the location was quite convenient since it was close to several restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the hot tub that was available for use.

There were some things that I didn't like during my stay. the bed was uncomfortable and caused me back pain.

Although the hotel is located away from the lake, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was average, but the rooms were well-maintained and clean with a decent view. The bathroom was spacious, and the pool and water park were enjoyable for all ages. the air conditioning was functional and helpful during the hot weather.

The hotel's facilities lack basic amenities such as a kettle and bottled water in rooms.

The spa treatments offered at this hotel were fantastic and really added to the romantic experience. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the convenience of the location, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding town. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast every morning.

Some aspects of the hotel did not live up to our expectations. The furniture in the room was outdated and in need of some love.
